Overview
We are looking for an Executive Assistant with exceptional organizational, strategic, and interpersonal skills to support our senior leadership team. This role is vital in managing complex tasks and projects, facilitating communication, and assisting in networking and relationship-building efforts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence, situational awareness, and proactive problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities
Strategic Scheduling and Calendar Management: Manage and optimize the senior executive's schedule, prioritizing critical meetings, strategic planning sessions, and networking opportunities to ensure effective time management.

Communication and Relationship Building: Serve as a liaison, ensuring clear and professional communication with both internal and external stakeholders. Proactively seek opportunities to network, build, and strengthen relationships.

Proactive Problem-Solving: Regularly assess the executive’s operational environment to identify and preemptively address challenges and opportunities. Devise and implement creative solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Project and Task Management: Lead specific projects and tasks, ensuring they are completed on time and align with the senior executive's objectives. Delegate tasks as necessary, maintaining oversight to ensure quality and adherence to goals.

Research and Preparation: Conduct in-depth research on topics of interest or relevance, preparing detailed reports, summaries, and briefings to support decision-making and presentations.

Emotional and Situational Intelligence: Utilize emotional intelligence to navigate complex scenarios, offering support and leveraging situational awareness to enhance the executive's relationship-building efforts.

Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present regular reports on strategic initiatives, networking outcomes, project status, and other areas of significance as required.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive support role, demonstrating the ability to manage high-level tasks and relationships.
Superior organizational and time management skills.
Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively managing relationships and representing senior leadership.
High level of emotional and situational intelligence, with a discreet approach to handling sensitive information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management software.
Can work remotely and on EST Hours
