Our CEO is looking for a highly skilled Virtual Assistant who is not only adept at executive assistance but also possesses robust marketing skills. This role demands a professional who is passionate about leveraging artificial intelligence in content creation, SEO, social media marketing, and preparing insightful reports and presentations.

The Role:**
You will provide comprehensive support to the CEO, acting as the pivotal point of contact for both internal and external communications. The role extends beyond traditional executive tasks, demanding involvement in various marketing initiatives. Your work will directly impact our operational efficiency and contribute to our strategic marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring seamless day-to-day engagements.
- Develop and manage content creation using AI tools, optimize SEO strategies, and enhance our social media presence.
- Create and maintain dashboards and detailed reports on marketing performance metrics.
- Assist in preparing compelling presentations for stakeholder meetings.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Undertake additional projects and responsibilities as required by the CEO.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant with a strong background in marketing.
- Expertise in using AI tools for content creation and familiarity with digital marketing strategies including SEO and social media platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in creating detailed reports and dashboards.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Excellent english skills (written + spoken)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and modern digital marketing tools.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a marketing agency setting.
