Position Overview:

We are seeking a worldclass executive coordinator who will be the driving force behind our growth and expansion. You will be responsible for to drive efficiency through data management, analysis, and coordination.

BDR Team Coordination:

-Facilitate seamless communication and support for the Business Development Representatives (BDR) team, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.
-Conduct regular check-ins to evaluate progress, address challenges, and streamline collaborative efforts.

Sales Program Development:

-Collaborate in formalizing and enhancing the sales training program, utilizing your expertise to refine processes and optimize training materials.
-Actively contribute innovative ideas and solutions towards the development of a world-class sales program.

CRM Management:
-Maintain and update the CRM system (HubSpot), ensuring data accuracy, accessibility, and relevance.
-Leverage CRM insights to streamline sales processes and improve overall team efficiency.

Administrative Support and Documentation:

-Support the sales team with various administrative tasks, fostering an organized and efficient workflow.
-Create and manage documentation related to sales processes and procedures for team reference.
-Your role as a Sales Coordinator will be instrumental in the continued growth and success of our sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Previous experience in team management, demonstrating leadership skills and the ability to effectively coordinate and motivate teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.

Proven track record in training and development, with experience in designing and delivering training programs for sales teams.

Strong background in creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring consistency and efficiency in sales processes.

Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Meetings:

Coordinate and facilitate various meetings throughout the week, including pre-shift huddles, post-shift meetings, and departmental meetings.

Ensure attendance, agenda adherence, and productive discussions during meetings.

Assist in goal setting and progress tracking during weekly and monthly meetings.

Data Management and Reporting:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales-related data, including appointments, calls, and closed deals.

Generate and distribute reports to relevant stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.

Utilize tools such as Upgrade to see actual info, HubSpot, and Excel to organize and analyze data effectively.

Payroll and Financial Management:

Coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely and accurate payment to sales teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.

Sales Appointment Management:

Oversee the sales appointment dashboard, tracking booked appointments, show-up rates, and closed deals.

Collaborate with Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and Closers to ensure seamless coordination and follow-up on
appointments.

Update and maintain appointment tracking systems to reflect current status and outcomes.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in an executive assistant support or coordination role is preferred.

MUST HAVE LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE

MUST BE SUPER ORGANIZED !

Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Upgrade to see actual info, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Must Have Great English

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and departments.
Schedule:

Monday to Friday: Attendance required 8:30AM EST to 6:30PM
