The Role:
As an integral part of our team, the Executive Assistant & Social Media Manager with Podcast Coordination will support our leadership, manage our vibrant social media presence, contribute to our engaging weekly newsletter, and play a crucial role in the production of "The Care Gap" podcast. This position is perfect for someone who is deeply passionate about making a difference in the caregiving space and is adept at wearing multiple hats in a dynamic, remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive and Administrative Support: Efficiently manage schedules, communications, and project timelines for our leadership team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Content Creation and Management: Develop compelling content for our social media platforms, particularly Instagram and LinkedIn, and contribute insightful articles and resources for our weekly newsletter, "The Care Gap."
Social Media Strategy: Implement and refine our social media strategy to increase engagement, reach, and impact, leveraging your creativity to design captivating graphics and multimedia content.
Podcast Coordination: Take charge of "The Care Gap" podcast operations, including researching potential guests, coordinating outreach and scheduling, and contributing to episode planning to ensure a rich, informative, and diverse lineup of conversations.
Continuous Learning: Demonstrate a commitment to deepening your understanding of the caregiving sector, staying abreast of trends, challenges, and innovations to enrich our content and audience engagement.
Qualifications:

Proven track record in executive assistance, content creation, social media management, and/or podcast production.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for storytelling and engaging diverse audiences.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
Creative flair with experience in graphic design and multimedia content creation; proficiency in relevant software and platforms.
A genuine interest in the caregiving field, with either direct experience or a strong willingness to immerse oneself in the subject matter.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
