To My Future Superstar Executive Assistant,

For over 8 years, I have been a high-level real estate agent/broker who has transacted hundreds of real estate deals all over the United States. I am based in Miami presently.

Behind our internationally recognized success is our team. I believe my employees are my greatest investment, which is why I have created a truly special place to work.

We are currently going through a period of rapid growth. I need a tech-savvy and extremely detail-oriented executive assistant to work alongside me as a partner to support me on my projects and help execute my vision.

This is arguably one of the most important, challenging, and rewarding positions within our company. You will work directly with me. Being the organized counterpart to a director who is constantly coming up with new ideas, trends, directions, and business plans, capturing my vision and seeing those projects all the way through. You will be managing 100's details and emails per day.
