Who are we?

We are a start-up company in Southern California empowering business growth through strategic IT leadership.

We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant to be the supportive force that empowers our leadership. The ideal person for the job will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail. He/She will have previous experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties, and providing support to management.

Ideally, the candidate should be someone with several years of prior administrative experience, either at a start-up or at a rapidly growing company so that he/she can hit the ground running in the new role with us as soon as possible. Other key personal qualities are proactiveness, resourcefulness, the ability to prioritize and work in a very fast-paced environment, detail-orientation and someone who can adapt and learn and apply new skills quickly.?

Job description:
Manage the Executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
Organize meetings, including scheduling; sending reminders and execute follow-ups
Respond, re-direct and register all forms of communication on his behalf as required
Maintain strict confidentiality
Building and maintaining effective relationships with the clients
Provide comprehensive administrative support in all areas of business as needed

Ability to take charge on any task that involves the business
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
Knowledge in Dropbox and Trello preferred
Experience in the technology/IT field or MSP experience is a plus
ConnectWise experience is a MUST

Working Hours:
Monday through Friday 8 am – 5 pm PST (11 pm – 8 am Manila time); one hour break
