ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY
In this exciting role, we are hiring an Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a Pilates studio business.

You’ll report to the CEO and work closely with them to support the various needs of the company, including handling franchising inquiries, nurturing leads, managing travel arrangements, hiring and interviews, and more.

AS AN EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
It should be expected that your responsibilities will grow and expand over time

- Handling Franchising Inquiries: Efficiently handle 45-50 incoming inquiries per week regarding franchising opportunities, ensuring timely and accurate responses to potential franchisees.
- Lead Nurturing: Prepare and dispatch detailed information to nurture leads through the entire sales cycle, tailoring communications to client needs.
- Sales and Follow-up: Actively engage in communications to discuss franchising opportunities and benefits. Follow up diligently with prospects to close sales and encourage franchise expansion.
- Travel Arrangements: Coordinate and manage travel arrangements for the CEO, ensuring optimal scheduling and efficiency.
- Hiring and Interviews: Assist in the hiring process by scheduling and conducting interviews, ensuring the selection of high-quality candidates.
- Email Management: Oversee and manage the CEO’s email inbox, ensuring timely and organized responses to communications.
- Performance Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to franchising and overall business operations, providing insights for improvement.
- Hubspot Expertise: Demonstrate expertise in Hubspot to manage CRM activities, track leads, and monitor sales progress.
- Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the utmost care, ensuring confidentiality and integrity in all dealings.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Highly ethical
- Experience as an Executive Assistant or related Administrative roles
- Experience as a Sales representative
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

WHAT IS REQUIRED TO BE A SUCCESSFUL INSIDE SALES ASSOCIATE?
- Must provide own device for training and development
- Minimum RAM: 8GB, 16GB recommended
- Laptop: 8th gen Core i5 or better/AMD Ryzen series
- Desktop: Ryzen 5 3000 series and above/10th gen Core i3 or higher
- Mac: 2017 Core i5 or higher/2016 Core i7 or higher (Core i3 not recommended)
- Must have suitable work-from-home space in Philippines
- 10 Mbps minimum internet connection
- Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
- Willing to work full-time (40+ hrs/week) from 9-4 PST
- Experience with G- Suite
- Experience with Hubspot (must-have)
- Experience with B2B sales
- Experience with remote/virtual work preferred but not required
- Positive attitude and ability to take initiative
