Tread Partners is a growing US-based digital marketing agency specializing in multi-location digital marketing for tire dealers and auto repair shops. We are dedicated to driving success and growth, and seek a detail-oriented, highly organized Executive Assistant in the Philippines to join our expanding team.
The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant with a proven track record of over 5 years in similar roles. This critical position involves comprehensive support for our two co-founders, ensuring seamless daily operations and enabling our leadership to focus on strategic initiatives. Core Hours:
8:30 am to 5:30 pm EST (Nighttime shift in the Philippines)
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and organize calendars, schedules, and appointments with precision.
-Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including managing
-Prepare, review, and edit documents and presentations to support executive needs.
-Assist in the coordination and preparation of meeting agendas and minutes.
-Maintain discretion and confidentiality in relationships with all board members.
-Support day-to-day administrative duties, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all tasks.
Qualifications:
-Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
-Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
-Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other digital tools.
-Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail and discretion.
-A proactive approach to problem-solving and strong decision-making capabilities.
