As a Remote Executive Assistant to one of our Senior Leaders, you'll play a crucial role in the efficiency of leadership within a growing and ambitious company. You will have a direct impact on the success of the company by ensuring that one of its top leaders is well-prepared, organized, and focused on what they do best. - Planning and reviewing upcoming commitments and deadlines.
- Working on assigned projects for your leader.
- Proactively communicating and following-up with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities - Doing the Job. The Actions for Which the Tea
- Live up to Team 2020's culture and core values.
- Manage and prioritize your leader's
- Prepare meeting agendas and ensure that all necessary materials are ready ahead of scheduled meetings.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for your leader.
- Facilitate personal and professional communication on behalf of your leader.
- Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of your leader.
- Assist in the management of personal tasks to increase your leader's availability for strategic tasks.
- Monitor and manage expenses submitted for your leader's review.
- Prepare and update reports and presentations as needed.
- Facilitate misc. other projects and tasks specific to your leader's unique role.
- Other duties as assigned.
Expectations - Achieving the Results. The Goals and Metrics for Which the Tea
- Thoroughly proof 100% of calendar appointments at least a week in advance, verifying agendas, venues, meeting time, confirming attendance, etc
- Maintain a response time of 48 business hours or less for leader's
- Manage travel arrangements with zero errors in bookings.
- Proactively problem-solve to prevent and resolve potential conflicts.
- Continuously optimize administrative processes to enhance productivity.
- Provide weekly updates every Friday on morale, stress, and workload using the Team 2020 weekly report tool.

Requirements:
Must Have:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an executive level support role (supporting calendar,
- Expert level skills with Google Suite and other EA tools/technology
- High-school diploma
- Drive to deliver results at all costs
Would be Nice to Have:
- Bachelor's degree or advanced professional certification/expertise
