Responsibilities:
1. Manage the attorney's calendar, scheduling appointments, court appearances, and client meetings with precision and efficiency.
2. Coordinate and organize travel arrangements, accommodations, and other logistical details as needed.
3. Act as the primary point of contact between the attorney and clients, opposing counsel, and other professionals, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
4. Draft, proofread, and edit legal documents, correspondence, and reports with a high level of accuracy.
5. Conduct legal research on family law matters to support the attorney's case preparation.
6. Assist in the preparation and organization of legal documents for court filings and hearings.
7. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion, ensuring compliance with ethical and privacy standards.
8. Manage and maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring documents are organized and accessible.
9. Prepare and submit attorney timesheets, expense reports, and other administrative documentation.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience as an executive assistant in a law firm, with a focus on family law.
3. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software.
4. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
5. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
6. Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures in family law.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a legal team.
8. Bonus: Familiarity with local court rules and procedures in family law cases.
