JOB OVERVIEW

Job Title: Executive Assistant

Type of Employment: Full-Time

Location: Remote

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Salary: $5/hr, bi-weekly pay

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Full-time Executive Assistant. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our executive team by handling a variety of tasks, including data scrubbing and entry, transaction coordination, virtual driving-for-dollars, scheduling, project development, property management, and database management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Scrubbing and Entry: Clean and organize large datasets to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Transaction Coordination: Assist in coordinating transactions, including paperwork and communication with relevant parties.
• Virtual Driving-for-Dollars: Conduct virtual research to identify potential properties for investment opportunities.
• Scheduling: Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
• Project Development: Support the development and execution of various projects as assigned.
• Property Management: Assist in managing properties, including communication with tenants, maintenance coordination, and financial tracking.
• Database Management: Maintain and update databases with relevant information.
• Administrative Tasks: Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently or as a part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
• Basic understanding of commonly used computer software and programs, such as Microsoft Office.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a service-based attitude.
• High level of ethics and integrity in handling sensitive information.
• Coachable and adaptable to new processes and procedures.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours if necessary.
