JOB OVERVIEW

Top Responsibilities:
1. Email Management:
- Track all incoming emails and organizing them
- and tasks requiring action.
2. Project Status and Update
- Maintain a comprehensive status update on pending tasks.
- Dashboard Maintenance:
- Assist in the creation and upkeep of a bi-weekly dashboard, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
4. Research:
- Conduct thorough research as required (i.e. LinkedIn profiles of meeting attendees, providing summarized overviews as required.)
5. Meeting Minutes:
- Record accurate and detailed minutes of meetings, ensuring all key points are captured in a summarized format
6. Calendar Management:
- Schedule appointments and manage calendar efficiently.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Project Management:
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion.
2. Attention to Detail:
- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks and documents.
3. Research Skills:
- Proficiency in gathering and synthesizing information from various sources.
4. Technical Skills:
- High level of proficiency in MS Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Familiarity with Trello (training can be provided if necessary).
- Knowledge of Jira is a plus, but not required.

- Coordinate travel arrangements efficiently.
- Manage email correspondence effectively.
- Prepare documents and presentations as needed.
- Organize files and maintain document repositories.
- Serve as a liaison between teams and departments.
- Coordinate and facilitate project activities.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
