I'm in the hunt for two Social Media Virtual Assistants who can help me manage and grow my presence across Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok. The ideal candidates should be able to handle a variety of tasks including content creation, posting, scheduling, emails and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Crafting bold and colorful content: I'm looking for someone who can bring a fresh and vibrant perspective to the content creation process. Your creations should be eye-catching and engaging.
- Posting & scheduling: You'll be in charge of ensuring regular and timely posts across all platforms. This requires a good understanding of each platform's algorithm and best posting times.
- Social media analytics: Knowledge of analytics tools is key. Your role will involve tracking our progress, understanding our audience, and making data-driven decisions to improve our strategy.
-Handling weekly emails and a newsletter once monthly

I'm hoping to pay a rate of $2-3 per hour for these services. Time management and reliability are crucial so please be honest, as I'm looking for someone who can commit to a regular schedule and deliver consistent results.
