Excellent English-Speaking Marketing/Sales, & Lead Generation

I am looking for a virtual assistant to help with new healthcare recruiting/staffing agency. My main focus is to promote business and get lead generations for high-end clients and candidates in the healthcare industry. The job consists of marketing strategies such as cold calling, cold emailing, social media marketing, using systems to profile and track candidates and clients, etc. I am looking for someone who can work either part time or full time. I am very flexible with the time as long as you are available within normal business hours of the United States.

About me: I am a Registered Nurse that resides in Texas. I just recently opened a healthcare recruiting staffing agency, and I am in need of assistance with lead generation nationwide. I have two full time nursing jobs and my time is limited so I cannot wait to get you on my team. I have some method of obtaining lead, but I would love to hear your strategy as well.
