JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary: As a Product Excel/CSV Data Manager specializing in Supplier Data for Vehicle Fitment and Rich Content, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online shopping experience by transforming supplier data into a format that seamlessly integrates with our website's fitment interface and enriches our product listings. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, IT, and content creation, to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transform supplier data into the formats we require
- Gather and analyze supplier data related to automotive products, including specifications, fitment details, and rich content such as images and descriptions.
- Develop and maintain a robust data management process that ensures accuracy, consistency, and completeness of supplier data.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate supplier data into our website's fitment interface, enabling customers to easily find products compatible with their vehicles.
- Work closely with content creators to enrich product listings with high-quality images, compelling descriptions, and relevant technical details.
- Regularly update and maintain product information to reflect the latest offerings and specifications from suppliers.
- Monitor data quality and troubleshoot any discrepancies or inaccuracies, ensuring an optimal user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data management to drive continuous improvement in our processes.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in data management, preferably in an e-commerce or retail setting.
- Strong understanding of automotive products, fitment data, and related technical specifications.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Management, or related field is not necessary but highly regarded
- Proficiency in data manipulation tools and techniques e.g. Excel and CSV; experience with data integration tools is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for maintaining data accuracy.
- Collaborative mindset with exceptional communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner.
- Familiarity with content management systems and e-commerce platforms such as Neto/Maropost is advantageous.
- Language Considerations:
- Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written) is essential.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
- Willingness to collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to overcome any problems
