seeking a detail-oriented and proficient Excel Data Migration Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
• Utilize advanced Excel functions and formulas to manipulate and migrate large volumes of data
accurately.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather and understand data migration requirements.
• Cleanse and validate data to ensure consistency and integrity throughout the migration process.
• Develop and implement data mapping strategies to efficiently transfer data between systems.
• Troubleshoot data discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Create comprehensive documentation outlining data migration processes and procedures.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to verify the accuracy of migrated data.
• Provide training and support to staff members on data migration best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data migration technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in data migration projects, preferably in a similar industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, pivot tables, and other advance Excel functions.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with data cleansing and validation techniques.
• Familiarity with data mapping and transformation processes.
• Knowledge of database management systems is a plus.
