-Designing and implementing marketing strategies to increase product visibility and sales.
-Handling customer inquiries and feedback with excellent service and care.
-Monitoring and optimizing SEO to ensure high visibility within Etsy search.
-Managing and updating product listings with new designs and details as needed.
-Assisting in the creation and editing of digital products using Canva.

Requirements:
-Proven experience in setting up and running an Etsy store.
-Strong understanding of Etsy's marketplace and SEO best practices.
-Excellent communication and customer service skills.
-Experience in digital marketing and online sales.
-Proficient in using design software like Canva to make and edit digital products.
-Background knowledge or experience in mental health is preferred.
-Ability to work independently and make informed decisions that align with our brand's mission.
-Creative flair and an eye for design to ensure our digital products are visually appealing.
-Strong organizational skills to keep track of multiple product listings and customer interactions.
