Estimator/ Layout Specialist (Full-Time remote)

Qualification:
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any Business courses, Engineering, Computer related courses
• Experience: With estimation and layout design background
With signage layout experience is a plus
Advertising company, signs and electrical company experience is a plus
• Editing Tools to use: Preferably with background in Adobe Illustrator and well versed with layers and art boards.


Job Summary:
Analyzing data, plans, bills of quantities and other project documentation in order to estimate costs. Researching, sourcing, negotiating and obtaining the best prices and quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.
Position requires reviewing incoming artwork and creating design layouts and proofs for signs and printing.

Specific Responsibilities:
-Preparing quotes
-Letter/ AlphaLetter estimation
-Led loads computation
-Provide layout designs based on client's perspective
-Preferably with drawings involving LED lights
-Layout signages, designs, complete technical drawing and present to the client
-Worked with drawings involve LED, led board, led modules, computation of led, electrical load for LED
