Estimator

We are looking for a building material takeoff estimator for both residential and commercial buildings. Minimum 5 years of building material takeoffs required. Must understand blueprints. You will receive a set of building plans and figure out the materials needed to complete the project. Fluent in English. Proficient in Planswift Software (or similar takeoff software). Strong math skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
