Equitment Rental Coordinator

Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Computer/Tech Savvy & Skilled in using email, social media platforms, computer booking, CRM ,Microsoft Office, Google Calendar and Excel.
Must be able to maintain a daily generated lead report
Cold calls/outbound calls; a minimum of - 150 CALLs per day
Work week: Monday through Friday from 3:30pm -8:30pm AND Saturday's from 7am to 7pm (Pacific Standard Time)
Target leads using google, social media platforms and or online search
Manage and maintain leads in CRM
Book and schedule of rentals
Maintain Weekly Rental schedule via CRM
Collect and process payments for rental
Meet a monthly quota of sales
Schedule and coordinate delivery of rentals with drivers and office
Book and route efficiently drivers daily routes -reducing cost and saving time
Communicate with team any and all scheduled appointments
Update weekly logs -daily
Developing and maintaining relationships clients
Ability to work Overtime if needed
Direct contact with office staff and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers for any assistance they may have the need for you to help with
Promoting business and maintain relations with customers
Follow-up calls with pre-contacted leads; noting CRM with any updated information of their upcoming projects - so we could follow up at later time.
Conduct research and compile data for any generated leads or referrals
Handle incoming and outgoing communication on behalf of sales rentals and promoting of our business
Experiences in scheduling appointments and booking
Provide excellent customer service to clients/ vendors
Must have experience with sales and scheduling
Thorough understanding rental bookings and ability to generated leads
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
