We're a passionate ecommerce brand searching for a superstar Virtual Assistant to join our crew! If you're organized, email-savvy, and enjoy providing excellent customer service, then this might be the perfect work-from-home opportunity for you.

What You'll Do:

- Manage and respond to customer service emails efficiently and with a personal touch.
- Track customer orders, feedback, and inquiries.
- Help maintain our customer database and ensure information is up-to-date.

What We're Looking For:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in customer service or similar roles (experience in e-commerce is a plus but not required).
- Ability to use or learn customer service software and tools.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable home working environment.
