DUTIES:
Ø Communicate via phone or
Ø Provide some data entry
Ø Provide admin tasks on behalf of the company
Requirements on Your availability and tools:
Ø You must be available to work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Coast Time (PST)
Ø Minimum of 5-10 years VA experience
Ø Applicant will be using their own computer/laptop and MUST have high speed internet
Qualifications:
Ø Background and familiarity in computer work for some admin tasks
Ø Excellent customer service experience
Ø Comfortable with giving instructions and guidance on the phone to a diverse set of clients
Ø Proficient in the ENGLISH and SPANISH language.
Ø Can communicate comfortably on the phone, on a messaging system, and in
writing
Ø Organized and detail-oriented
Ø Team Player
Ø Real Estate, property management, mortgage experience is a plus
Training Provided:
Ø Training will be provided for the tools and applications
Salary: $700-$1000
