Engaging Short Form Video Editor Needed

I’m looking for an amazing video editor that has a clear understanding of how to create fast-paced, engaging and entertaining social media videos (long form and short form) using text, motion graphics, captions, and B-roll. The ideal candidate must be able to:

- Turn raw videos into fun, engaging and entertaining short form content
- Experience using insta360 footage (insta 360 X4)
- Have an in-depth understanding of current editing trends, storytelling, pacing, retention techniques and creative storytelling
- Be able to do basic color grades (LUTS will be provided)
- Follow directions
- Be organized
- Have prior experience with video editing software and motion graphics

Job Requirements:
* Great english communication skills
* Well-versed with editing softwares (preferably Adobe) but Final cut and/or CapCut is acceptable
* Have smartphone and laptop with good internet connection (must be able to download high res footage) * Prior experience and examples of relevant work
