Job Description: Designer

Position Overview:
We are searching for a versatile and skilled Ad and Email Designer, with expertise in Ecommerce, Klaviyo, and Ad creatives, to join our dynamic marketing team. As a pivotal member of the team, you will be responsible for crafting visually captivating and high-converting ad creatives for our clients' paid social campaigns, as well as designing engaging email campaigns that effectively convey our brand message and drive customer engagement and conversions. Reporting directly to the Brand Strategist, you will collaborate closely with both the marketing and design teams to deliver high-quality, on-brand designs that align seamlessly with our overarching marketing strategy.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Brand Strategist: Work closely with the Brand Strategist to understand client objectives, target audience, and campaign requirements.
Design High-Quality Ad Creatives: Create visually appealing and compelling ad content that effectively communicates the client's message and captures the attention of the target audience.
Transform Client Assets: Utilize client-provided assets such as videos, images, and brand guidelines to develop ad-ready content, ensuring that it aligns with the client's brand identity and campaign goals.
Conceptualize and Ideate: Generate innovative ideas and concepts for ad designs, considering current design trends, platform best practices, and target audience preferences.
Adapt and Optimize Designs: Modify and optimize existing designs based on feedback from the Brand Strategist and client, ensuring that the final creatives meet the desired specifications and objectives.
Maintain Design Quality: Uphold high-quality standards for all ad creatives, ensuring that they are visually appealing, error-free, and optimized for various platforms and devices.
Design and Develop Email Campaigns: Craft visually compelling email campaigns in Klaviyo or other designated email marketing platforms to support our ecommerce objectives.
Collaborate with the Team: Coordinate and collaborate with the Brand Strategist, media buyers, and other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to ensure seamless integration of ad creatives into the overall campaign strategy.
Stay Updated on Design Trends: Keep up-to-date with design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the advertising and e-commerce industries, and apply this knowledge to enhance the quality and effectiveness of ad designs.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field, preferably in an agency or digital marketing environment.
Proven experience as an Email Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in designing successful email campaigns.
Proficient in using Klaviyo or other email marketing platforms to create and manage email campaigns.
Proficient in graphic design and video editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools.
Strong portfolio demonstrating a solid understanding of design principles and showcasing previous ad design work.
Excellent visual and creative skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Ability to work collaboratively and take direction from the Brand Strategist, incorporating feedback to refine designs.
Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and their respective ad formats and specifications.
Basic understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing concepts.
Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate ideas and concepts.
