Email and SMS Marketer

As an Email and SMS Marketer for Saint Perry, you will be responsible for developing and executing email and SMS marketing campaigns to engage customers, drive sales, and increase brand awareness. You will leverage your creativity, analytical skills, and understanding of customer behavior to craft compelling messages and optimize campaign performance.

Your Responsibilities:
Develop and execute email and SMS marketing strategies to promote products, drive traffic to the website, and increase customer engagement.
Create compelling and on-brand email and SMS content, including copy, imagery, and promotions, tailored to different customer segments and lifecycle stages.
Manage the email and SMS marketing calendar, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns and alignment with overall marketing initiatives.
Segment email and SMS lists based on customer data, behavior, and preferences to deliver targeted and personalized messages.
Continuously analyze campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, offers, and send times to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in email and SMS marketing, preferably within the fashion industry.
Strong understanding of email and SMS marketing best practices, including list segmentation, deliverability, and engagement metrics.
Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, onesignal, Constant Contact) and SMS marketing platforms (e.g., Twilio, Attentive).
Excellent copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
