Email Sales Representative

We are an ecommerce brand and our team is growing! We are seeking a talented Sales Representative with passion and experience for closing sales via email!

The job is about 20 hours per week (part-time). Based on work performance, there are possibilities to take on more responsibilities, get involved in more projects and get a raise.

**Position Overview**
As our Remote Sales Manager, you will be responsible for handling incoming email inquiries about our products and driving sales by guiding potential customers through the purchasing process. Your primary goal will be to convert leads into customers securing a deposit.

**Responsibilities:**

- Respond to customer inquiries via email with personalized, clear, and persuasive communications.
- Manage and nurture leads to close sales, ensuring a smooth customer journey from initial contact to deposit placement.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and improve lead generation strategies.
- Monitor sales performance metrics to meet or exceed targets.

**Requirements:**

- At least 3 years of experience in a sales role.
- Excellent written communication skills with attention to details.
- Strong understanding of sales psychology and customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in CRM software and email management tools (you need to be organized!)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and customers simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a professional work ethic.
