Email Marketing Strategy

Hi,

I run a small finance business in Melbourne, Australia.

I need a marketing expert for small business to put help me put together a plan. There will also be potential future work implementing a plan.

What I need:
- I want to move viewers/subscribers from youtube channel Upgrade to see actual info to particular email lists
- I have not created the lists yet - currently using mailchimp but not using it very well. im open to using other platforms
- Need landing pages (i can make these if needed)
- need to create drip campaign
- need to create templates for monthly emails
