Email marketing Specialist
Part-Time (25 hours/week - with the potential to become full-time)
Starting at $7/hour DOE

This is a critical function to the success of the business as, in most cases, Email Marketer, will oversee the deployment, optimization, and management of email campaigns for clients. They will work with Account Managers and the Marketing Manager to create effective emails that support the objectives of the marketing plans. Email Marketers will deeply understand the clients' campaigns, markets, and goals. They will use project management and email platforms and work with other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to achieve the assigned clients' monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute email marketing campaigns.
• Create copy and graphic designs for email campaigns.
• Assist in setting up and optimizing email newsletters within GoHighLevel, Mailchimp, Hubspot, and Constant Contact.
• Configure and manage email automation workflows.
• Serve as the primary administrator for email marketing platforms.
• Track and analyze key email marketing metrics.
• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align email marketing initiatives.
• Assist in other duties as assigned such as but not limited to, content creation and copywriting.

Requirements
• Proven experience in email marketing, preferably in a B2B or B2C setting.
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, and MailChimp.
• Strong understanding of email marketing principles, including segmentation, personalization, and automation.
• Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail and design.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and email deliverability best practices is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Must work PST, Central, or EST
