Email Marketing (Klaviyo)

We’re a beauty company looking for a highly skilled, highly motivated Email Marketer genius to join our team and become a part of something truly game-changing. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a remote team setting. Furthermore, the ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving our email marketing strategies, optimising our campaigns, and ensuring our communications resonate with our audience, ultimately boosting our sales and engagement.??

Key Responsibilities:?
- Set up, manage, and optimise Klaviyo email campaigns and flows?
- A/B test campaigns to understand performance outcomes and continually refine strategies based on data.?
- Collaborate with the design and content team to create visually compelling and highly engaging email campaigns.?
- Analyse campaign performance, generating weekly and monthly reports with recommendations.?
- Ensure emails are mobile-responsive and render correctly across all devices and email clients.?
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in e-commerce email marketing.??

Qualifications:?
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with the Klaviyo platform.
- Proven track record of creating and implementing successful email marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce customer lifecycles.
- Proficient in list management, segmentation, and targeting.
- Exceptional analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Experience with A/B testing, metrics, and analytics.
- Knowledge in HTML/CSS for email design is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Additional Skills:
- Knowledge in email deliverability best practices and compliance.
- Experience in customer segmentation strategies to personalise and enhance email communications.
- Familiarity with the latest trends in email marketing and e-commerce.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Experience in Graphic design using Canva/Figma
