As Email Marketing Assistant, you will

-post out email campaigns based on an evergreen schedule
-generate engaging headlines
-create social media posts for Facebook
-monitor and create engagement on Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms
- curate content and archive evergreen campaigns for future use
-maintain address books and email list groupings
- create automated campaigns in Mailchimp
- meet weekly to give a report on increased engagement and calls booked

You MUST be able to
-create automations in MAILCHIMP
- learn a system and follow that system
- bring questions and ideas to the table for improvement
- read and understand engagement metrics and report weekly on progress
- be resourceful and use our team manual as a guide to follow our systems

You MUST know how to use
-Mailchimp
- Scheduling Software-and great if you have experience with Acuity
- Auto Social schedulers-and great if you have experience with Social Jukebox
- YouTube
- Vimeo
-Project Management Software--and great if you have experience with Trello
- Facebook Pages and groups
- Twitter
-Linked In

Part Time to start, with Full Time employment for the right person.
