Email Marketer for Men's Jewelry Brand

Hello!

We're a men's jewelry brand looking to hire an expert email marketer. This will be a long-term job as we're looking to build out a team to scale our brand. If you perform well, there will be a lot more opportunities as we grow.

Not looking for an agency - looking to work 1 on 1. It's ok to have 1 partner to help with design and whatever else.

Must be highly experienced with:
- Email Marketing for DTC brands on shopify
- Email strategy
- Email Design
- Email campaigns and flows for 7+ figure brands, generating at least 25-30% revenue to email
- Klaviyo
- Sendlane (Might be using it)
- Figma
- Graphic design
- Knowledge in email performance and deliverability %'s
- Analytical and understanding high level numbers
- Marketing and current trends
- Men's fashion / men's jewelry / jewelry
- Working with a premium quality brand
- Constantly reviewing performance and making changes to flows + campaigns
