We have a client for you! He is the proud owner of a thriving e-commerce business specializing in tools and supplies for tradespeople. With stores spanning across Australia, the UK, and the US, he is on the lookout for a talented individual to bolster his marketing efforts.

As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and engagement through various marketing channels. This full-time position offers the opportunity to showcase your creativity, initiative, and passion for marketing in a dynamic e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities:
-Email Marketing:
Utilize email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp to create engaging campaigns.
Set up email automation sequences and ensure emails are visually appealing and effective.

-Canva Experience:
Design marketing materials including flyers and social media posts using Canva.
Ensure all marketing collateral aligns with the brand's visual identity and messaging.

-Idea Generation:
Take the initiative to suggest creative ideas and strategies to enhance marketing efforts.
Contribute innovative solutions to drive engagement and sales.

-Social Media Management/Marketing:
Manage and execute social media marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Create engaging content, monitor performance, and interact with followers to foster community engagement.

-Research:
Conduct market research to analyze pricing trends and competitor websites.
Gather insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making processes.


Qualifications:
Experience in email marketing is advantageous, but not required.
Proficiency in Canva for designing marketing materials.
Proactive approach with a passion for initiating and suggesting ideas.
Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing strategies.
Strong research skills to gather market insights and competitor analysis.
Enthusiasm for social media and marketing in the e-commerce industry.

BENEFITS:

-We are looking for long-term VAs, so aside from the base rate, there will be a pay rise of Php1,000.00 quarterly.
-A day shift job in a work-from-home setting.
-Works Monday to Friday, 8 hrs. a day including lunch break.
-4 weeks of paid holidays and Sick Leave
