JOB OVERVIEW

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer support via email, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and courteously.
Utilize Shopify platform efficiently to manage customer orders, returns, and exchanges.
Collaborate closely with the team to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve issues effectively.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
Consistently meet quality and productivity targets.

Requirements:

Proficient in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience using Shopify and familiarity with e-commerce operations.
Proven track record in email customer support.
Reliable, hardworking, and committed team player.
Punctual and dependable with no attendance issues.
Willingness to work overtime as needed.
Comfortable with bi-monthly payment schedule (15th and 30th of each month).
