Job Overview:
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Ecommerce Virtual Assistant to join our fully remote team. This role is pivotal in supporting our growth ambitions, focusing on optimizing our Shopify website, analyzing sales data, conducting market research, and staying abreast of clothing trends. You will work closely with our designers and artists to ensure that our products not only resonate with our audience but also maintain the highest quality standards. Tasks/Responsibilities:
- Optimize the Shopify website to enhance user experience and increase sales conversion rates.
- Perform detailed analysis of sales data and other report metrics to inform strategic decisions.
- Conduct market research on related products and our target demographic to identify opportunities for growth.
- Stay up-to-date with current trends in clothing and gaming culture to ensure our products remain relevant and desirable.
- Collaborate with designers and artists to ensure artwork is of high quality and translates well into printed merchandise.
- Communicate directly through Slack/Upgrade to see actual info

Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in ecommerce and Shopify platform management.
- Ability to work well within a team environment, with strong collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and stakeholders.
- A passion for gaming and the gaming industry, with a particular interest in nostalgic and classic games.
