About the Position:
We're seeking a skilled video ad editor experienced in direct-response marketing for our ecommerce brands. Our advertising primarily takes place on Meta platforms, utilizing curated and repurposed content from TikTok and raw user-generated clips.
Key Responsibilities:
Transform raw UGC footage into conversion-optimized, engaging direct response video ads.
Create multiple ad variations to test different hooks, CTAs, and video lengths.
Conduct market research through Amazon reviews, TikTok comments, and competitor’s
Ensure all content aligns with Meta’s advertising best practices.
Replicate high-quality editing styles demonstrated in specific example ads provided.
Requirements:
Fluency in English and excellent communication skills.
Proven experience in editing high-converting, short-form video ads for ecommerce brands.
Ability to create TikTok-style content and repurpose RAW/UGC content into performance video ads.
Demonstrated success with winning ad creatives.
Capability to replicate the caption style, editing format, and clip series of specific example ads.
