Position Title: Ecommerce Specialist

Mission: To drive Ecommerce sales growth through proactive Ecommerce account management, including timely and accurate listing management and optimization, digital storefront optimization and marketing campaign ideation and execution, with the ultimate goal of creating a thriving and sustainable online business that meets the evolving needs of our diverse customer base.

Responsibilities
- Product Setup: Efficiently set up new products on assigned accounts according to agreed-upon listing standards, ensuring a 99.8% upload rate, while proactively engaging with buyers for accounts that require approval by sharing new introductions and inquiring about product setup preferences (minimum 2 times per month)
- Listing Optimization: Update and improve existing listings to improve searchability and conversion, based on agreed-upon listing standards.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain 100?curacy in Airtable record-keeping and weekly KPI report tracking.
- Inventory Feeds: Achieve 99?curacy in inventory feed uploads and maintain timely inventory updates, with no more than one error per quarter; do periodic spot check of >10 items on each platform per week to verify site accuracy
- MAPP Adherence: Maintain 100% compliance with company's MAPP; violations resolved within 72 hours
- SOP Creation: Assist with development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all assigned accounts, encompassing the product setup process, contact information, outreach strategies, and more.
- New Ideas: Work with Ecommerce Manager to implement >1 major new idea per quarter to improve account performance
- Market Research: Keep tabs on competitor strategies to inform listing strategy and overall account strategy.
- Promotions and Discounts: Develop and manage promotional campaigns to drive sales, increase customer retention, and enhance brand visibility.

Job Requirements

- Organized home office setup, free of noise and distractions, with a dual monitor setup strongly preferred.
- Reliable power and internet connections, with backup systems in place.
- Full-time position, 40 hrs/week minimum, from 8am-5pm US Central Time
- 2-3 years of experience with product building and listing, with experience managing a large catalog of over 1,000+ SKUs
- Must have substantial previous Excel experience, including experience working with flat files
- Excellent English skills and ability to communicate thoughts with clarity
- High attention to detail, with ability to meticulously proofread for spelling and grammar
- Ability and willingness to independently learn new tools, products or technology and make recommendations on trends to support the business
- Self-motivated, detail oriented and professional with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload; ability to work independently with minimal supervision is extremely important
- Ability to work with our team via email, Slack and Skype/Zoom. Highly preferred, but not required: experience with Airtable and Notion
- Ability to work during off-hours occasionally to support company needs, such as during key trade show
