Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Project Manager to join our ecommerce team. As the Marketing Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in coordinating various marketing activities, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns, and driving the success of our paid marketing efforts. You will work closely with the Director of Paid Marketing, as well as cross-functional teams, to develop content calendars, creative briefs, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality assets for marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.



Job Responsibilities

-Develop and manage comprehensive content calendars for all marketing channels, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives and brand messaging.
-Collaborate with the Director of Paid Marketing to support the implementation of paid marketing strategies, including but not limited to PPC campaigns, social media advertising, and display ads.
-Create detailed creative briefs to guide the copywriting and design teams in the development of assets for various marketing campaigns.
-Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of assets, while maintaining quality standards and adhering to project timelines.
-Conduct thorough quality checks on all marketing assets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.
-Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns.
-Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing to inform strategy development and execution.
-Act as a key point of contact for all marketing-related inquiries and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any issues or challenges as they arise.
-Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email marketing, content marketing, and influencer partnerships.
-Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and maximize ROI across all marketing initiatives.



Qualifications

-Proven experience (5 years) in marketing project management, preferably in an ecommerce or digital marketing environment.
-Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media channels.
-Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
-Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
-Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
-Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.
-Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for driving results through innovative marketing initiatives.

Compensation/Benefits:

-Base Salary Depending on Experience
