JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced customer representative with at least one year of demonstrated experience in e-commerce Customer Service, specifically Shopify. The ideal candidate will be in charge of answering emails and delivering excellent customer service to our customers, as well as performing administrative and other activities as needed.

Requirements:

1. A minimum of one year of experience in e-commerce customer service, with expertise in Shopify.
2. Excellent oral and written communication abilities in English.
3. Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively in a remote team setting.
4. Superior problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
5. Capability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
6. Experience in Reamaze is an advantage. Can handle 25 emails per hour.
