About Us:

We are a rapidly growing ecommerce company operating multiple brands, serving thousands of customers each month across the beauty, health and wellness verticals. We are now looking to expand our team with a creative and strategic thinker who can drive our content initiatives forward.


Role Overview:

As a Content Strategist, you will play a key role in shaping the creative direction of our paid media campaigns. You will manage the end-to-end process of content strategy, from ideation through execution, ensuring our content resonates with our target audiences and drives meaningful engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

Creative Strategy Leadership: Collaborate with the Paid Media team to lead creative strategies that enhance brand visibility and engagement across digital platforms.
Agency and Partner Management: Own the relationships with creative agencies and partners, crafting detailed briefs and leading creative production initiatives.
Creative Process Development: Develop and establish a structured creative ideation process, coordinating with internal and external teams to produce innovative ad content.
Content Review and Standards: Provide direction for whitelisting, review and approve content, and work with creators to establish high standards and guidelines.
Script and Ad Copywriting: Write compelling ad scripts and craft engaging ad copy for websites, paid social media, and podcasts.
Creative Strategy for Partnerships: Assist in developing creative strategies for various partnerships and use data-driven feedback to refine creative production processes.

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous direct-to-consumer (D2C) creative strategist experience, preferably in a paid social environment is considered a big plus.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with digital ad platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Google), and basic knowledge of editing tools like Canva and Figma.
Analytical Skills: Understanding of key digital marketing metrics such as CPM, CTR, CPC, and Thumbstop ratio.
Creativity and Design: Strong copywriting skills and a good eye for design and aesthetics, with a solid process for generating new ideas.
Industry Passion: A genuine interest and passion for the health and wellness space.
