Ecommerce Catalog Manager - Amazon, Shopify, Tiktok Shop

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and efficient Ecommerce Catalog Specialist to manage and update our extensive candy catalog across various platforms including Amazon, Shopify, and TikTok Shop. This role is critical in ensuring our product listings are accurate, detailed, and visually appealing to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Catalog Management: Regularly update catalog details, descriptions, and photos for our large assortment of candy products.
Platform Expertise: Develop and maintain expertise in the backend functionalities of Amazon, Shopify, and TikTok Shop.
Efficiency and Accuracy: Ensure all catalog updates are completed with high efficiency and accuracy.
Bulk Editing: Proficient in quickly editing and uploading bulk files to maintain up-to-date product information.
Quality Control: Maintain a keen eye for detail to ensure all listed products meet company standards and customer expectations.
Organization: Solely responsible for keeping the catalog organized and accurate.
Product Knowledge: Become a subject matter expert on the various candy items in our catalog.
Data Assistance: Provide support in other data-related areas as necessary.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in e-commerce catalog management, particularly with Amazon, Shopify, and TikTok Shop.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage large sets of product data efficiently.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
