JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an ECommerce Assistant who is capable of handling and processing daily orders on Ecommerce portals, shipment confirmation, invoicing, daily inventories and other Ecommerce related works.

Location: Work from Home (Remote)

Roles and Responsibilities
- Process daily orders on portal
- Confirm shipments and invoicing
- Daily inventories
- Reaching out to customers to modify some orders and inform about out of stock items
- Possessing a comprehensive understanding of platform rules, pricing policies, inventory and/or pre-orders.
- Having the ability to multi-task, prioritize and successfully meet several deadlines
- Proficient in using Excel, various formulas such as VLOOKUP and ROUND; basically skill such as “search and Found” and data pivot as well

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years experience in e-Commerce business.
- Hands-on experience in managing and processing orders
- Attention to detail, no room for mistakes if possible
- Ability to analyze things and think of the best way to solve a problem
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Analytical and multitasking skills

Working hours
Working hours are generally 8am to 5pm. Weekly meetings may be required to discuss with the team in the US and China.
