Ecommerce Assistant

We are looking for a talented Ecommerce Assistant to join our team and contribute to the success of our online store.

Responsibilities:

Assist in managing product listings, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to replenish stock.
Optimize product descriptions and images for maximum visibility and sales.
Help coordinate promotions and marketing campaigns on various platforms.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional support.
Analyze sales data and assist in identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with the team to continuously enhance the customer shopping experience.

Requirements:
Previous experience in e-commerce or related fields preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Ebay & Walmart
