EXPERIENCED Thumbnail Creator For YouTube Channel

I am looking for someone to join our existing YouTube channel who has EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE creating thumbnails for YouTube videos; specifically Cryptocurrency.

HIRING ASAP!

Your job will be to grab the viewers attention so that they must feel the desire to click on our video. I have Canva Pro if needed. I'm looking for someone who fully understands how to design a quality thumbnail. Therefore the individual must have extensive experience in this line of work.

Starting pay for this position is $100 USD for the 1st month, with additional an opportunity to move up in the near future. All payments will be issued weekly via Wise Transfers. So you need a WISE account.

Requirements
- You must be able to produce 3 eye-catching thumbnails per week as well as the titles for all 3. We use Asana.
- The personal must be able to work well with their TeaUpgrade to see actual infombers so being a team player is a MUST.
- Daily Progress Report submitted to me with Updates on what you have been working on along with any questions that you may have
- Use WhatsApp for direct communication. Can submit your daily report to me here or email me directly.
- A WhatsApp group is already established for TeaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
- Attend a Weekly teaUpgrade to see actual infoeting via WhatsApp (on video) every Upgrade to see actual info (Manila Time).

1) Can you actually produce 4 thumbnails per week? Do you have other work?
2) Do you have thumbnail design experience? If so, how many years?
3) What software's do you use thumbnails?
4) Do you have frequent electrical blackouts at home?
5) Do you have a solid Internet connection

Again: The job starts at $100/month.

Again, i need an experienced thumbnail creator who knows how to express the video theme/title to the views. I don't want to have to do that myself as i have other directives for the channel to grow.
