EXPERIENCED Appointment Setter

I'm looking for a Part-time Appointment Setter (30 hours/week, with the potential to transition to full-time based on performance).

The ideal candidate is highly organized, a quick learner, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. They possess excellent comprehension skills, follow instructions efficiently, and have prior experience with:

Making calls
Managing projects
Documents & Spreadsheets

Email communication
General assistant work

Your Top Tasks:
- Experience with GoHighLevel CRM is a plus!
- Phone Support (Warm leads)
- Answer emails to leads on my behalf
- Screen leads to ensure they qualify
- Manage customer queries and respond (text and email)
- Client follow-up
- Calendar Management (send reminders)
- Proactive in giving feedback on the process for continuous improvement.
- Other assistant work

Job Requirements:
- Excellent comprehension skills
- Not salesy when speaking with leads (talking instead of speaking)
- Ability to both upsell and downsell (replace "Knows how to" with "Ability to")
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills (combine for clarity)
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, documents, and emails
- Smartphone and laptop with a good internet connection
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
