EOS Integrator / Chief Operating Officer

We are seeking an experienced EOS Integrator to join our growing team. The EOS Integrator will play a critical role in implementing and integrating the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) into our company culture and operations. This position requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of EOS, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various departments and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) within the organization, including conducting training sessions and workshops for employees

Serve as a coach and mentor to department leaders, helping them to understand and apply the EOS principles and tools in their daily work

Facilitate regular EOS meetings, including Level 10 Meetings and Rocks Meetings

Ensure that EOS processes and tools are being consistently applied across all departments and teams

Work closely with the leadership team to align EOS objectives with overall company goals and strategy

Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to optimize EOS implementation

Requirements

Proven experience as an EOS Integrator or similar role, with a deep understanding of the EOS system

Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders

Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to complex challenges

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively facilitate meetings and workshops

Results-oriented, with a strong track record of successfully implementing and integrating EOS within an organization

Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field (preferred)
