JOB OVERVIEW

I am a solo entrepreneur looking for someone to be my Executive Assistant and Jr Media Buyer with some skills in creative editing of videos/photos.

My top 5 things that I am looking for:

-VERY well spoken and written English without much accent
-Knowledge of Facebook and Google ads
-Video editing capabilities
-Extremely good attention to detail
-Works on central USA time

Besides that here is more information on the expected responsibilities:

As an account manager your main job is managing client accounts. Keeping client content with our work and happy with the results. There are several duties to be done daily, weekly, and monthly.

-Maintain adspend requested by client with ROAS acceptable to them. (usually 3 ROAS or better)
-Develop ads of all types, images, videos, slideshows, dynamic product ads, carousel, and collections.
-Creative aspects including but not limited to copy writing, image sizing and placement, developing video & images with creative images provided by the client.
-Attention to detail
-Ability to work without being micromanaged
-Client communication daily, weekly, monthly, including sending weekly reports filled out end of week and sent to them.
-Responds to messaging in Slack in a timely manner
-Review account daily (7 days a week) unless on leave.
-Build audiences using customer data, analytics, or other sources.
-Always learning, in this field of work you must always be learning as the Facebook world is ever changing. You will learn to adapt to all changes made across the platform.
-Goal is to scale up accounts while maintaining a decent return for the client.
-Make spreadsheets for the ad launchers on larger spend accounts.
-Answer emails in a timely manner
