JOB OVERVIEW

At Old Mill Building Products, we are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic E-commerce and CRM Specialist to enhance and automate our digital marketing and sales processes across various platforms including HubSpot, WordPress, and Shopify. This role is pivotal in developing tools and systems to optimize our commercial and retail operations, contributing to streamlined workflows and improved customer experiences.

Responsibilities:
Platform Management: Enhance, manage, and automate tasks on HubSpot, WordPress, and Shopify.

Tool Development: Build essential tools such as forms, quotes, and landing pages to support automation and integration across departments.

Project Bidding and Communication: Access project bid platforms such as SpecLink and Construct Connect, and utilize HubSpot to send targeted emails to architects and building contacts.

Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with the commercial and retail departments to create tools that align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.

Executive Assistance: Support the CEO and Vice President of Marketing and Sales with administrative tasks including meeting notes, receipt processing, and scheduling.

Project Coordination: Oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications.

Key Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and content management systems like WordPress.
Strong working knowledge of CRM systems, preferably HubSpot, including automation and tool integration.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to develop creative digital solutions.
Strong organizational and time-management skills; capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision.
Experience in a support role to senior management is preferred but not required.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce, CRM, or a related field.
