E-commerce Website Manager

Revere Glass is looking for a PART-TIME Website Manager who is capable of overseeing current site operations, and taking creative initiative to grow the scale of the company. The company is at the forefront of the Glass Blowing industry and is positioned for exponential growth in the coming years.

We are looking for a candidate with specific and practical knowledge of e-commerce management operations:

- Email Marketing Campaigns
- SEO
- Website Optimization (Loading times, user interface)
- Mobile and desktop synchronicity
- Web Storage optimization
- Basic customer service
- practical marketing strategies
- Subscriptions/billing management

Candidates should have at least 1 full year if experience managing e-commerce sites, and should be up to date on the latest e-commerce trends and practices. You do not need to be familiar with WIX specifically.

Key Responsibilities:

The Revere Glass website manager will be in charge of daily recurring tasks, website updates and changes, proposing strategies and finding areas of improvement on the website.

- Daily recurring tasks consists of routine maintenance like answering questions, cancelling subscriptions, troubleshooting user-reported issues.
- Website updates and changes are frequently made to optimize UI for the users, both backend and with the WIX Editor
- The Manager will be also be responsible for initiating and implementing marketing strategies that fit our situation and business model.

Candidates must also possess strong communication skills. In our small team, we believe that consistent and transparent communication is one of our most important traits. It enables us to work together on collaborative tasks and lets us adjust our working pace so that no one feels overwhelmed.
