JOB OVERVIEW

We are a dynamic e-commerce brand focused on wellness products, seeking a meticulous and proactive E-commerce Virtual Assistant to join our team. As we continue to grow our presence on platforms like Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify, we need a dedicated professional who can manage daily operations, order fulfillment processing, and support our vibrant customer base!

Your role will start as approx 6-8 hours daily, but will be flexible based on the amount you can get done. We plan to increase team size near this summer (June 2024) when our company has "high-season". Pay/Hours may vary, but we are looking for teaUpgrade to see actual infombers who will grow with us for the long-term! We have flexibility, but are strict on what needs to get done by deadlines.

Responsibilities include:

1) Customer Support:

- Manage and respond to customer inquiries via email, Amazon, and Walmart with promptness and high service quality.
- Monitor and address any security concerns related to account hijackers and handle legal communication as required.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by effectively resolving issues and following up on all interactions.

2) E-commerce Management:

- Process orders on Shopify, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch.
- Handle return authorizations, refund processing, and review requests on Amazon and Walmart.
- Conduct inventory checks and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure stock availability.

3) Marketing Support:

- Engage with our community on social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook by responding to Upgrade to see actual info, posting videos, and managing affiliate additions.
- Participate in teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings and contribute to marketing strategies to drive brand engagement and sales.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an e-commerce assistant or in a similar role, specifically with Amazon and Walmart platforms.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and customer service best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with social media management and basic marketing principles.
- Technical aptitude with an ability to learn new software quickly.
