Job Description:
As an E-commerce Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Assisting with the management of our dropshipping store
Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer support
Managing orders, inventory, and fulfillment processes
Creating and optimizing Facebook ads campaigns
Working with Shopify, Google Sheets, Facebook Ads Manager, Incogniton, and Canva
Providing administrative support to the team as needed
Requirements:

Must be hardworking and dedicated; a proactive attitude is a must
Available for 6 hours per day
Experience with Shopify, Google Sheets, Facebook Ads Manager, Incogniton, and Canva
Excellent English communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Creative and solution-oriented mindset
